Hi, I'm Dave....I am a complete travel junkie....I have spent most of my life living out of a backpack or suitcase. I have travelled to over 130 countries and have travelled by every means possible from camel to cruise ship!During those times I have had many funny and bizzare things happen to me and I have met many other travellers with some great stories to share as well.

Nows the chance for YOU to be in the news. As part of my travel website I am publishing two online newspapers, "The Travel Times", for land-based travel stories and "The Scuba Scribe", for scuba stories...I am also a hardcore diver with over 2,000 logged dives in over 50 countries.

Its the news.....with a catch!!! I DO NOT want any regular "I went here and saw some great ruins" stories....I want stories that are funny....bizzare....entertaining. This is a family website, so keep them clean....well semi-clean anyway!!!
